We extend our sincere gratitude to you for considering volunteering your time at the Philoptochos pastry booth at this years festival! Your commitment to supporting our mission is both valued and commendable. Through your support, you are participating in the sisterhood of Christ, where we are able to uphold the enduring tradition of service that strengthens our church and community.

We need help, two days prior to the weekend of the festival, in addition to your support on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

As volunteers, you’ll help with welcoming guests!  We need volunteers to work 3.5 hour shifts as cashiers, baggers, on the pastry line, runners and warehouse workers. Warehouse workers will help cup and tray up pastries for the front-line booth. Please come 10 min before the start of your shift.

New this year - we will have a space for you to comment, if you can stay past your time slot.  Meaning if you sign up for a shift, and it’s over you, could stay a bit longer if we are busy and need extra workers.
